HOW MUCH CAN OUR CLUB RAISE?
The Event is based on 50/60 Participants taking part in 12/16 Acts. There are 2 Main Revenue Streams Including The Main Event and The Advertising Insert.
This is based on Ticket Sales, Sponsors (Main Event/Act Sponsors), and Contestants Fundraising.
Clubs can offer Local Companies Full Pages and Half Pages Adverts in the Souvenir Booklet for the Night. The more Advertisements you get the money your clubs will make. This can substantially increase your profit from the Event.
There are Revenues both Before the Night (Main Fundraising) and On The Night.
BEFORE THE NIGHT
This is the big one reserved for your top Sponsor. The Main Sponsor’s Logo will appear on Posters and The Front of the Souvenir Booklet. They will also have an a full page advert placed on the Back Page of the Souvenir Booklet. The Main Sponsor logo will appear on all Promo Videos, Signage and any promotional items Printed for the night. They will get ‘MAJOR’ publicity from the Night’s MC.
There are 2x Premium Sponsors and they usually get the similar publicity to the Main Event Sponsor. They get their Logo on the Posters and Promo under The Main Event Sponsor, and also either the Front Inside Cover or Back Inside Cover.
There are between 12 and 16 Acts on the Night. Your Club can get an Act Sponsor for each of these. The Act Sponsor will be on the Screens prior to the Act, and also have their Logo on the Act Profile Page in the Souvenir Booklet for the Night with a Full Page Advert opposite. For Example Act 5 (Sarah & John) Sponsored by Spar Raheny.
The Winner will receive a Trophy each and you can get a Winner’s Prize Sponsor. Again they will have an Advert in the Brochure, and there Advert on the Screens before the Winner Announcement.
There are 12-16 Acts which will give you between 50-60 Contestants. Each Contestant will be required to get a Contestant Sponsor. We will place the Contestants Sponsor Name on the Profile Page for the Act and these Contestants.
Each Contestant will have a Sponsorship Card and be required to raise a set minimum amount of €350 on average, however this is totally up to the Club. But remember a Couple will win based on their Fundraising and Scores, so raising as much for the Club prior to the event is key to success so this is a huge incentive.
The Event is based on 750 Ticket Sales for the Standard Package. This would usually be for Venues that can facilitate around 600 Guests on Theatre Style Seating while allowing 20% of the floor space for the Stage area. If you decide to hold the Event in a larger venue we can provide an Enhanced Production to facilitate the increased venue size. The Bigger the Venue, the More Ticket Sales, the More Ticket Sales, the More Money Raised. Contestants are usually allocated between 10/15 Tickets Each to sell to their Family and Friends with the balance going on General Sale. We can facilitate on line options also for surplus sales.
The Advertising Insert
Companies can take a Full Pages (€150) | Half Pages (€100).Prices can vary but average clubs would charge above.
OUR STUDIO AT FUNDRAISING EVENTS GROUP
Our Design Studio can design all the adverts to a Professional Standard. You simply supply us with details of the company (i.e. A Business Card, Flyer, Etc) and we will make it up.
ON THE NIGHT
Get as many Spot Prizes as possible and have a Raffle. Usually it’s €2 a strip, or 3 strips for €5. You can almost guarantee everyone present will buy tickets.
