HOW MUCH CAN OUR CLUB RAISE?

The Event is based on 60 Participants taking part in7 Movies. There are 2 Main Revenue Streams Including The Main Event and The Advertising Insert

REVENUE 1 - The Main Event

This is based on Ticket Sales, Sponsors (Main Event/Movie Sponsors), and Contestants Fundraising

REVENUE 2 - The Advertising Insert

Clubs can offer Local Companies Full Pages and Half Pages Adverts in the Souvenir Booklet for the Night. The more Advertisements you get the money your clubs will make. This can substantially increase your profit from the Event.

REVENUE INFORMATION

There are Revenues both Before the Night (Main Fundraising) and On The Night.

BEFORE THE NIGHT

  1. Main Event Sponsor
    This is the big one reserved for your Top Sponsor. The Main Sponsor’s Logo will appear on Posters and The Front of the souvenir booklet. They will have a full page advert placed on the back page of the booklet. Their logo will also appear on Promo Videos, Signage and any items Printed for the night. We will also have Signage, and will appear on all Promo and Printed items relating to the event. They will get ‘MAJOR’ publicity from the Night’s MC. Clubs have got €5,000 to €10,000 for this.

  2. Premium Sponsors
    There are x2 Premium Sponsors and they usually get the similar publicity to the Main Event Sponsor. They get their Logo on the Posters and Promo under The Main Event Sponsor, and also either the Front Inside Cover or Back Inside Cover.

  3. Movie Sponsors
    There are 7 Movies on the Night. Your Club can get a ‘Movie Sponsor’ foreach of these. The Movie Sponsor will be on the Screens prior to the Premier of that Movie, and also have their Logo on the Movie Profile Page in the Souvenir Booklet for the Night with a Full Page Advert opposite.
    For Example Movie 3 (The Godfather) Sponsored by Spar Raheny.

  4. Award Sponsors
    There will be a number of Awards on the Night including Best Actor, Best Actress, Best Movie, and soon, 8 in total on average. Again they will have a print advert in the Brochure and a digital advert on Screens before the Award Winner Announcement.

  5. Contestant Sponsors
    There are 7 Movies which will give you between 45-60 Contestants. Each Contestant will be required to get a Contestant Sponsor. We will place the Contestants Name on the Profile Page for the Movie and these Contestants Sponsors.

  6. Contestant Sponsorship Cards
    Each Contestant will have a Sponsorship Card and be required to raise a set minimum amount of €350.00 on average, however this is totally up to the Club. But remember Best Movie will win based on their Fundraising and Scores, so raising as much for the Club prior to the event is key to success so this is a huge incentive. The Movie that raises the most overall will win Award for ‘Highest Grossing Film’.

  7. Ticket Sales
    The Event is based on 750 Ticket Sales for the Standard Package. This would usually be for Venues that can facilitate around 600 Guests on Theatre Style Seating while allowing 20% of the floor space for the Stage area. If you decide to hold the Event in a larger venue we can provide an Enhanced Production to facilitate the increased venue size. The Bigger the Venue, the More Ticket Sales, the More Ticket Sales, the More Money Raised. Contestants are usually allocated between 10/15 Tickets Each to sell to their Family and Friends with the balance going on General Sale. We can facilitate On Line Ticket Sales options also for surplus tickets, however having them available from the Club and some Local Outlets is also important.

  8. Adverts – The Advertising Insert
    This offers a great opportunity to get Adverts from Local Businesses. Not all Local Businesses will have the ability to be Main, Premium, or Movie Sponsors, so this is their opportunity to support and your opportunity to make another substantial amount of Funds.

    Companies can take Full Pages (€150.00) | Half Pages (€100.00).
    Prices can vary but average clubs would charge above.

ON THE NIGHT

  1. Voting
    Voting on the Night will account for 50% of the decision for Winner, with the Judges holding the other 50% of votes. Therefore it is important for the Supporters of the act to Vote for their Dancer. Guests can place a vote for €2 (Minimum), or have 3 votes for €5 Some Guests will place Multiple Votes and you will make more…

     

  2. Raffle
    A raffle is the ‘Old Reliable’, everyone loves to win a prize! Get as many Spot Prizes as possible and have a Raffle. Usually it’s €2.00 a strip, or 3 strips for €5.00. You can almost guarantee everyone present will buy raffle tickets.
