ORGANISING COMMITTEE AND VOLUNTEERS ROLES
A Club will elect a Promoter/Organiser and some people in Event Operations and Media Operations to work on the Project and Fundraiser.

CLUB PROMOTER:
The Clubs Main Organiser of the Event
This is the Main Organiser of the Event elected by the Club and Committee. Their duties will includeBooking theVenue/Pub for the Event, and co-ordinating the Sub/Event Committee from the Club. Liaising and dealing with the Event Mangers at Fundraising Events about the General Event will also be part of this role and recruiting Members for other various roles including Event and Media. Selling Races, Race Sponsors, and Adverts in the Race Card for the Night will be a large part of the success of this event. It is recommended that the Promoter of theEvent will create several positions on the Committee including Event and Media duties.

EVENT PR & MARKETING MANAGER
The TOTE Betting and Raffle are huge parts of the On The Night Revenues. Usually recruiting 3/5 Volunteers for this is required prior to the Night so you can be guaranteed for the Race Night. 2/3 will do the Tote and ½ can sell the Raffle Tickets.
MEDIA OPERATIONS TEAM:
Club Members help with the Media Operations
EVENT PR & MARKETING MANAGER
Advertising your Event is vitally important. Clubs have lots of Social Media Platforms such as Facebook & Instagram/Websites. Our Media Operations Manager will produce everything from Event Posters and Banners, and you need one of your guys to promote this on the platforms of the Club.
RACE MANAGER
Selling Races in the Booklet is a huge Revenue Earner. Sell Horses, Jockeys, Trainers, at €10 each on average will gross €240 per Race. Usually there are 10 Races on the Night, but Clubs often oversell the Races, so keep selling as we will simply have a Race 1A, 1B, etc., if you oversell.
You sell we will look after getting them all into the Race Card and Event. Therefore it is so important to have someone who looks after the Race Sales and drives this forward.
SPONSORSHIP & ADVERTISING MANAGER
There are so many Sponsorship opportunities in this event. Main Event Sponsor, Premium Sponsors, Race Sponsors, and Advertisements in the Race Card. The benefits of having someone who concentrates on this only will be the success of the Fundraising!
