HOW MUCH CAN OUR CLUB RAISE?

REVENUE STREAMS

THE MAIN EVENT | THE ADVERTISING INSERT

There are 2 Revenue Streams from this Event.

REVENUE 1 | MAIN EVENT
You will be seeking a range of Sponsors for the Event (Main Event Sponsors, Premium Sponsors,
Heat & Game Sponsors, and Contestant Sponsors. In addition, your Contestants will also be raising a
set amount of money for the Club. Ticket Sales for the Event are split between Contestants Sales to
Family and Friends and General Club Members and Supporters. Some Clubs set up an online ticket
for SUPPORT (and offer a prize) – this allows members who cannot attend to support the
Club/Organisation. This also offers sales above the capacity of the Venue.

REVENUE 2 | THE ADVERTISING INSERT
Clubs can offer Local Companies Full Pages and Half Pages Adverts in the Souvenir Booklet for the
Night. The more Advertisements you get the money your clubs will make. This can substantially
increase your profit from the Event.

REVENUE STREAMS

HOW TO RAISE FUNDS BEFORE THE NIGHT AND ON THE NIGHT

Most of your Fundraising will come before the Night with Clubs sometimes holding Raffles and Charity Auctions on the Night of the Event.

  1. Main Event Sponsor
    This is the big one reserved for your top Sponsor. The Main Sponsor’s Logo will appear on Posters, and The Front (their logo) and Back Pages (their ad) of the Souvenir Booklet and also on Promo Videos, Signage and any items Printed for the night. Sponsor logos are also added to all promo and printed items relating to the event, including signage. The Main Event Sponsor will get ‘MAJOR’ publicity from the Night’s MC.
  2. Premium Sponsors
    There are x2 Premium Sponsors for the event. They usually receive similar publicity to the Main Event Sponsor. Premium Sponsor logos are placed on the Posters and Promo materials (under The Main Event Sponsor). They also get either the Front Inside Cover or Back Inside Cover advertising space on the Souvenir Booklet.
  3. Heat | Game Sponsors
    There are 11 Games in total on the Night (x4 Heats x2 Games, x2 Semi Finals and The Final x1 Game). Your Club can get a Game Sponsor for each of these. The Game Sponsor logo/advert will appear on Screens prior to the Games, and also have their Logo on the Game Explanation Page in the Souvenir Booklet for the Night, with a Full Page Advert opposite. For Example: Heat 2 | Game 1 Sponsored by Spar Raheny.
  4. Winners Prize
    The Winner will receive a Trophy each and you can get a Winner’s Prize Sponsor. Again they will have an Advert in the Brochure, and their Advert on the Screens before the Winner Announcement.
  5. Contestant Sponsors
    There are 4 Heats which will give you 32 Contestants. Each Contestant will be required to get a Contestant Sponsor. We will place the Contestants Logo on the Heat Page beside the Contestants Name.
  6. Contestant Sponsorship Cards
    Each Contestant will have a Sponsorship Card and be required to raise a set minimum amount of €250 on average, however this is totally up to the Club. But remember a Contestant can get a Golden Ticket to the Final, so raising as much for the Club prior to the event is key to success so this is a huge incentive to get them there.
  7. Ticket Sales
    The Event is based on 500 Ticket Sales for the Standard Package. This would usually be for Venues that can facilitate around 350 Guests with Theatre Style Seating, while allowing 20% of the floor space for the Stage area. If you decide to hold the Event in a larger venue, we can provide an Enhanced Production to facilitate the increased venue size. The Bigger the Venue, the More Ticket Sales, the More Ticket Sales, the More Money Raised. Contestants are usually allocated between 5-10 Tickets each to sell to their Family and Friends with the balance going on General Sale. We can facilitate online ticket sales options also for surplus sales.
  8. Adverts | The Advertising Insert
    Companies can take a Full Page (€150) or Half Page (€100) advert in our Souvenir Booklet. Prices can vary but average clubs would charge the above.
OUR STUDIO AT FUNDRAISING EVENTS GROUP
Our Design Studio can design all the adverts to a Professional Standard. You simply supply us with details of the company (i.e. Business Card, Flyer, etc) and we will create the advert!

    A raffle is the ‘Old Reliable’, everyone loves to win a prize ….
    Get as many Spot Prizes as possible and have a Raffle
    Usually it’s €2.00 a strip, or 3 strips for €5.00
    You can almost guarantee everyone present will buy tickets
